Job SummaryWe are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage daily service and installation activities, coordinate with field technicians, and ensure that customer complaints and service requests are completed on time.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily service and installation activities.
- Assign service calls and work to field technicians/engineers.
- Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with customers regarding appointments and service schedules.
- Follow up with field staff regarding job status and completion.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Monitor technician productivity and service performance.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team.
- Prepare daily and weekly service reports.
- Ensure proper communication between customers, technicians, and management.




- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Alarm, and Access Control Systems.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to coordinate with field teams and customers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- QualificationGraduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- Diploma/ITI in Electronics or Electrical will be an advantage.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in service coordination, technical support, field operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with valuable communication and technical knowledge may also be considered.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in CCTV, fire alarm, security systems, field service coordination, or technical support will be preferred.
