Job OverviewStudy Master is looking for a Visa Counselor who can guide students through the overseas education and visa application process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of visa procedures, and the ability to counsel students and parents professionally.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and visa requirements.
- Understand students’ academic, financial, and career profiles and suggest suitable options.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Handle student and parent queries related to the visa process.
- Review and verify visa documentation before submission.
- Prepare and organize visa application files and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with students for pending or additional documents.
- Assist students with visa forms, SOPs, financial documents, and other supporting paperwork as required.




- Keep updated with changes in visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with universities, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain proper records and regular follow-ups with students.
- Meet counseling and conversion targets while maintaining professional service standards.
