Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Steward / Team Member to support daily operations and ensure excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate should be a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take care of customer requirements and provide prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned area.
- Assist with setup, serving, clearing, and other daily operational activities.
- Follow company standards, policies,
and safety procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Ensure equipment, supplies, and work areas are properly maintained.
- Support other team members during busy periods.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th standard qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
