Senior HR Executive (Core HR & HR Generalist)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to manage end-to-end Core HR and HR Generalist functions in a Non-IT organization, and to support management in building effective people processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits
- Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and joining formalities
- Manage attendance and leave, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and bonus
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and employee engagement
- Coordinate performance appraisals and training needs
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, attendance, hiring)




- Develop HR policies and improve HR processes

Requirements

- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a Senior HR or HR Generalist role
- Mandatory experience in Non-IT sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, construction, real estate or trading
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Excel
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle HR operations independently

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / HR Management (mandatory)
