? About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The role involves handling qualified leads, understanding business requirements and driving revenue through effective sales conversations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle qualified/warm leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant business, taxation, GST, accounting & compliance services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial discussion to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.




- Build strong customer relationships and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up consistently and ensure smooth customer onboarding.

? What We’re Looking For:

- 2 – 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Solid sales mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to handle objections and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Candidates from B2B, financial services, SaaS, taxation, accounting or business services backgrounds are preferred.
