Job Responsibilities:

● Installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair of Refrigerators, Washing Machines, LED TVs and Microwave Ovens.

● Attend customer service complaints and identify technical issues.

● Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs.

● Handle product installation and demonstration for customers.

● Diagnose electrical, mechanical and electronic faults.

● Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of appliances.

● Maintain service reports and update job status.

● Provide qualified customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.

● Follow company safety procedures and service standards.

Required Skills:

● Experience in home appliance installation and servicing.

● Knowledge of electrical/electronic troubleshooting.

● Good communication and customer-handling skills.

● Ability to travel for customer visits.

● Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
