- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan and LAP business through open-market sourcing.
- Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and customer references.
- Meet customers and understand their financial and property requirements.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, documentation and other product details.
- Complete customer profiling and collect KYC, income and property documents.
- Manage the loan process from lead generation → login → sanction → disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams.
- Follow up on pending documents and approvals to ensure timely disbursement.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct customer/loan-utilization visits where required.
- Maintain proper records, MIS and daily sales reports.
