Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates through field visits, local networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, local areas, referrals, job portals, and social media.
- Visit colleges, institutes, local communities, and other potential candidate locations for recruitment activities.
- Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the HR/management team.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment status regularly.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong local candidate network.
- Support the onboarding process and documentation of selected candidates.




- Prepare regular recruitment reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
- Ability to convince and motivate candidates.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Previous experience in recruitment, field sales, telecalling, or manpower hiring will be an advantage.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates who are comfortable travelling within Navi Mumbai, Dalo & Kalyan.
- Local candidates with valuable knowledge of these areas will be preferred.
