You’ll confirm orders placed online and on WhatsApp, speak with customers about their requirements, process orders, and follow up to ensure they ship on time. You’ll also answer queries, sizing requirements, share suitable collections, and help customers place orders.

Positive written and spoken communication, attention to detail, and a helpful approach to customers are essential.
