The Real Estate Executive – Leasing & Property Sourcing is responsible for identifying and sourcing commercial properties, acquiring leasing mandates, coordinating site inspections, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities
- Source commercial properties suitable for retail, office, hospitality, healthcare, and warehousing clients.
- Meet property owners, landlords, and developers to acquire leasing mandates.
- Conduct market surveys to identify available properties and upcoming developments.
- Prepare property presentations, proposals, and comparative market analyses.
- Coordinate property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including rent,



security deposit, lock-in period, escalation, and CAM charges.
- Coordinate documentation, including LOIs, lease agreements, and registration formalities.
- Maintain a database of available properties, landlords, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
- Follow up with clients and landlords until successful lease closure.
- Valuable knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
- Ability to source properties through field visits and networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
