Collection- Tell caller
Responsibilities:
- Explain loan products, offers and repayment-related information to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments and collection accounts.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and handle queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
Eligibility:
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in tele calling, collections, banking, NBFC or financial services will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marwari and English are required.
- Should be comfortable making outbound calls and working with targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
