As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing outreach, college partnerships, communications and day-to-day marketing operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive and organised Marketing Assistant who is comfortable communicating with people, visiting colleges, building professional relationships and supporting marketing initiatives.

The primary focus of this role will be college outreach, institutional relationships, collaborations, lead communication, campaign support and marketing coordination.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with college representatives and students, have strong follow-up skills and be willing to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

College Outreach & Partnerships

Conduct outreach to colleges, universities, placement cells, Training & Placement Officers, HODs and faculty members.

Introduce Quantum Academics and communicate our programmes, workshops, events and collaboration opportunities.

Build and maintain professional relationships with college representatives and institutional partners.

Explore and develop opportunities for college collaborations, workshops, seminars, student engagement programmes and campus activities.

Schedule meetings and follow up with college representatives and potential partners.

Visit colleges and institutions for outreach, meetings and marketing activities when required.

Research and identify potential colleges and organisations for partnerships.

Maintain records of college contacts, outreach activities, meetings and follow-ups.

Represent Quantum Academics professionally during meetings, college visits and events.

Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns, events and promotions are executed smoothly.

Assist with workshops, seminars, demo sessions, college activities and other promotional events.





Support the marketing team with research, presentations, databases, reports and campaign-related activities.

Assist in developing outreach strategies and identifying new opportunities to increase Quantum Academics' visibility and student reach.

Take initiative in identifying new marketing opportunities and potential collaborations.

Communication & Lead Follow-up

Handle and respond to enquiries received through WhatsApp, email, Instagram and other communication channels.

Communicate professionally with students, parents, college representatives and prospective learners.

Provide basic information about courses, demo sessions, events and programmes.

Follow up with leads and enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member when required.

Draft professional WhatsApp messages, emails, follow-ups and other marketing communications.

Maintain basic records of enquiries, follow-ups and communication.

Telecaller Coordination & SOP Support

Assist the marketing team in preparing and updating telecaller SOPs, scripts and communication guidelines.

Coordinate with telecallers regarding ongoing campaigns, demo sessions, events and promotional activities.

Ensure telecallers have the correct information and communication material for current campaigns.

Assist with monitoring basic telecalling activity and follow-up requirements.

Suggest improvements to telecaller communication and processes based on feedback from leads and students.

Additional Marketing Support

Assist with organising marketing events, workshops and promotional activities.

Support the team with presentations, brochures, campaign material and other marketing requirements.

Assist with student engagement activities and on-ground promotional initiatives.

Take on additional marketing and administrative responsibilities as required by the team.

Be willing to support new projects and initiatives as the organisation grows.

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business Administration, English,



Public Relations or a related field.

Diploma or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply.

1–2 years of experience in marketing, outreach, business development, education or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel locally for college outreach, meetings and events.

Positive working knowledge of WhatsApp, email and basic office tools.

Ability to professionally represent the Quantum Academics brand.

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Nice to Have The following skills are not mandatory, but would be an advantage:

Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.

Experience managing or contributing to a business or brand's social media.

Ability to suggest Reel and content ideas.

Basic videography skills.

Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, VN or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of Canva and marketing creatives.

Previous experience in education, technology or digital marketing.
