Hiring: Manager – Talent Scout | Nagpur

Location: Nagpur, IIM Nagpur Campus | In office

Experience: 3–7 Years

CTC: ₹6–7 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives

TCC Talent Scout is a platform that helps companies discover, engage, and hire talent from leading campuses through a single window. The role is focused on building senior-level client relationships, onboarding companies, and driving hiring requirements through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and develop a specific industry sector
- Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CHROs, and senior decision-makers
- Acquire companies onto the TCC Talent Scout platform
- Manage client relationships and hiring requirements end-to-end
- Drive conversations through calls, outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Take ownership of outcomes,



revenue/client targets, and successful closures

Who We’re Looking For

- 3–7 years in B2B Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, or client-facing roles
- Background in SaaS, IT Services, BFSI, Investment Banking, Travel, or similar sectors
- Proven experience owning clients, targets, revenue, or measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with a high-energy, phone-first business development role
- Strong ownership mindset and ambition to grow into leadership
