To manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, bought-out components, consumables, and finished products while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage material procurement, inventory, production planning, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of sheet metal, steel, bought-out components, consumables, and fabrication materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores, PPC, and Sales teams.
- Monitor material requirements based on MPS, MRP, BOM, and production schedules.
- Manage supplier development, supplier performance, delivery, quality, and cost.
- Follow up on POs, material delivery schedules, shortages, and pending supplies.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce excess/slow-moving inventory.
- Handle subcontracting and job-work activities related to sheet metal fabrication.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs such as OTD, inventory turnover, material availability, purchase cost, and supplier performance.




- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance to management.

Technical Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes such as laser cutting, bending, CNC/VMC, welding (TIG/MIG), riveting, and assembly.
- Good knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules and ERP-based supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of MRP, BOM, PR, PO, GRN, inventory management, and material planning.
- Solid understanding of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / Production / Mechanical or related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or engineering manufacturing.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
