About the RoleWe are looking for a high-calibre Chartered Accountant with robust experience in Investor Relations, M&A;, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising and Strategic Finance.

The role will work closely with senior management and involve engagement with investors, analysts, financial institutions, investment bankers and advisors. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to translate business performance into clear strategic and investment insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage engagement with institutional investors, equity analysts and financial institutions.
- Support investor and analyst calls, presentations, Q&A; preparation and investor communications.
- Develop investor presentations, earnings communications and management talking points.
- Support M&A;, acquisitions, divestments and financial due diligence.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, business cases and transaction scenarios.
- Support equity, debt and structured fund-raising initiatives.
- Analyse business performance, profitability, cash generation, capital allocation and return on capital.
- Develop scenario analyses and strategic business cases to support management decisions.
- Track industry trends, competitors,



valuation multiples and market developments.
- Prepare management and Board-level financial and strategic presentations.
- Work closely with the CFO and senior management on strategic projects and special assignments.

Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong exposure to Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, M&A;, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, FP&A; or Strategy.
- Hands-on experience in financial due diligence and financial analysis.
- Exposure to M&A;, fund raising or capital markets transactions.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Excellent understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and key financial ratios.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior management, investors, analysts, bankers and advisors.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates from Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Big 4 Transaction/Deal Advisory, Investment Banking, M&A;/Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance/FP&A; or Equity Research backgrounds are preferred.
