Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While in office presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: A B.E. / B.Tech. degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in information security, security engineering, security operations, or related security service delivery.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or security services in roles such as Security Engineering Lead, Technical Lead, Security Platform Engineering Lead, Application Security Lead, Cybersecurity Chapter Lead, or Cybersecurity Manager.




- Experience working in a global enterprise or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), security operations (SecOps), application security (AppSec), security platforms, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience securing CI/CD pipelines, developing a secure SDLC framework, and implementing modern security controls throughout the pipeline.
- Exposure management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate security priorities, risks, and operational status to stakeholders and senior leaders.
