Role Description The Manager Inbound Logistics and Import Operations will oversee end-to-end inbound logistics activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of imported materials from origin to CenturyPly’s facilities. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad involves managing import documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The role includes optimizing warehouse and transport operations, tracking shipments, resolving exceptions, and maintaining accurate records and reports for management review.





The manager will collaborate closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inbound logistics with demand forecasts, service-level commitments, and inventory targets.

Responsibilities also include driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and strengthening vendor and customer relationships in support of CenturyPly’s growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, optimize costs, and improve inbound logistics and import processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external partners, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to support internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure timely, reliable delivery performance.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and related skills to oversee inbound logistics, import workflows, warehouse coordination, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Sales and commercial awareness to align logistics decisions with business goals, negotiate with vendors, and support revenue-focused operations.
- Relevant experience in inbound logistics, supply chain management, import/export operations, or manufacturing industry is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, international trade practices, and ERP/logistics software will be an advantage.
