Role: Unlisted Shares – Sales & Operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage sales and business development for unlisted shares and pre-IPO investment opportunities.
- Generate current business through direct clients, HNI/UHNI investors, dealers, channel partners and referral networks.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and channel partners to generate repeat business.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — lead generation, client qualification, product explanation, follow-up, negotiation and closure.
- Explain unlisted/pre-IPO opportunities to clients, including company profile, business model, valuation, transaction process, liquidity considerations and potential listing opportunity.
- Coordinate with internal teams, sellers, buyers, dealers and other counterparties for smooth execution of transactions.
- Maintain and update buyer/seller inventory, deal status, client requirements and transaction records.
- Coordinate documentation and KYC requirements and ensure timely collection of required documents.
- Track transaction status from initial enquiry to payment, share transfer/demat credit and closure.




- Manage and resolve operational issues related to share transfer, payment coordination, documentation and settlement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective investors and dealers to improve conversion and transaction volumes.
- Develop and maintain a strong B2B dealer/channel partner network for sourcing buyers and sellers.
- Monitor market demand, pricing, availability and liquidity of unlisted shares.
- Coordinate with management and operations teams regarding pricing, inventory availability and transaction execution.
- Maintain MIS and prepare regular reports covering leads, conversions, transaction volume, inventory and business performance.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients and business partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Support digital and offline marketing activities for unlisted shares and pre-IPO opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, transaction and counterparty information and follow applicable internal compliance procedures.
