Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager – B2B/O2C Collections located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The manager will oversee end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) collections processes, including monitoring accounts receivable, setting collection strategies, and ensuring timely cash collection from business clients. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the collections team, reviewing aging reports, resolving escalated customer issues, coordinating with finance and sales teams, and implementing process improvements to reduce delinquency and bad debt.

The role also involves establishing communication protocols with clients, tracking key performance indicators, preparing regular reports for leadership,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The manager will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships while safeguarding cash flow and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with hands-on experience managing B2B and O2C portfolios.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client queries, negotiate payment terms, and manage escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, including understanding of accounts receivable, credit risk, and O2C processes.
- Candidates should possess team leadership abilities, including experience supervising collection teams and driving performance against targets.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret aging reports, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Relevant experience in B2B collections, shared services, or financial operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is beneficial; qualified certifications in credit management or collections are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and collections/ERP tools, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
