Position: Linux System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Linux System Administrator with 3–6 years of experience in Linux administration and infrastructure support. The candidate should have good hands-on experience with Linux servers, storage, troubleshooting, networking, patching, backup, and basic automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Linux servers, including RHEL, Ubuntu, and SUSE.
- Perform user, group, permission, service, and SSH management.
- Manage disks, partitions, filesystems, and LVM.
- Perform filesystem creation, expansion, mounting, and swap management.
- Troubleshoot CPU, memory, disk, process, and system performance issues.
- Monitor and analyze Linux system logs.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP, DNS, routing, network interfaces, ports, and SSH connectivity.
- Perform Linux patching, backup, restore, and regular system maintenance.




- Manage cron jobs and perform basic Bash scripting.
- Perform basic Linux security hardening and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in Linux System Administration.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Linux administration.
- Positive knowledge of RHEL / Ubuntu / SUSE.
- Strong knowledge of LVM, partitions, filesystems, mounting, /etc/fstab, and swap.
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Linux networking and SSH.
- Experience with Linux patching and backup/restore.
- Basic knowledge of Bash scripting and cron jobs.
- Knowledge of basic Linux security practices.
