Role Description The Licensed Insurance Agent role at ICICI Life Insurance Limited is a part-time, remote position focused on helping customers select suitable life insurance solutions. In this role, the agent engages with prospective and existing clients, explains policy features and benefits, and recommends plans aligned with individual financial goals and life stages. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting needs-based assessments, preparing quotations, and assisting with policy applications and documentation.





The agent also provides ongoing customer service by responding to inquiries, supporting claims-related guidance, and maintaining accurate records in line with company processes. Collaboration with internal teams for training, product updates, and compliance requirements is an important aspect of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively understand products and match them to customer needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to advise clients on suitable coverage and financial planning options.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle queries, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Relevant life insurance licensing or certification, as required by local regulations.
- Experience in life insurance or financial services, preferably in advisory or sales roles.
- Clear and qualified communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms for client interaction and documentation.
