? Legal Internship Opportunity | The EPIC Company The EPIC Company is looking for motivated and committed law students to join our Legal Team in Mumbai for a minimum 6-month internship.
This is an chance to gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to the legal function of a leading Media & Entertainment business, working across content, digital and commercial matters.
Areas of Exposure
Interns will have the opportunity to work on:
Commercial contracts and agreements
Content acquisition, licensing and distribution
OTT, broadcasting and digital media matters
Content production and related agreements
Intellectual Property Rights and related legal matters
Legal research, drafting and contract review
Regulatory and compliance matters
Corporate and commercial legal matters
Who We Are Looking For
Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program
Candidates who can commit to a minimum 6-month internship
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong legal research,
drafting and analytical skills
Good communication skills and excellent command of English
Genuine interest in Media, Entertainment, OTT, Broadcasting and Commercial Law
Knowledge of IPR laws will be preferred
Proactive, detail-oriented and keen to learn
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
