? Key Responsibilities• Review and process attorney orders
- Format legal documents accurately
- Complete E-filing & upload final document packets
- Handle mailing activities as per process guidelines
- Meet defined TAT, quality & workflow requirements
- Manage multiple assignments with accuracy
? Who Can Apply?Law Graduates: LLB required; full-time availability preferred
Added Advantage:
- Legal/office/insurance/medical records experience
- Workers' Compensation experience
- 1 year Corporate Law internship
- Dictation/transcription experience
? Skills Required• Good communication & comprehension
- Excellent typing skills
- MS Word, Spreadsheets, Outlook & Internet knowledge
- Attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment
