Your area of work:

The Regional Manager - Facility Management (APAC) is responsible for leading workplace, facility management, and real estate operations across Deutsche Börse Group offices in Hyderabad, Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

The role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all facility-related activities, including workplace experience, vendor management, capital projects, construction and fit-out projects, budget management, health and safety, sustainability initiatives, and business continuity planning.

The successful candidate will lead a regional team of Facility Management professionals, manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures, and ensure that all offices operate to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, service excellence, and employee experience. This position requires a solid leader capable of managing complex projects, driving change, and performing effectively under pressure within a fast-paced international environment.

Your responsibilities:

Leadership & People Management:

- Lead, develop, coach, and inspire a team of Facility Management professionals across multiple APAC locations.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, customer service,



and continuous improvement.
- Provide direction, mentorship, and performance management to regional facility teams.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.

Regional Facility Operation:

- Oversee all facility management activities across Hyderabad, Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Deutsche Börse Group workplace and facility standards across all locations.
- Drive operational excellence and service quality through effective governance and performance management.
- Develop and monitor facility KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

Vendor & Contract Management:

- Manage relationships with strategic vendors, landlords, property managers, and service providers.
- In close collaboration with Procurement drive vendor selection, tendering processes, contract negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for service optimization and cost efficiencies.

Project & Construction Management:

- Lead office construction, refurbishment, expansion, consolidation, and relocation projects across the region.
- Manage all project phases from business case preparation and budgeting through design, execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely,



on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Financial & Budget Management:

- Develop and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for all APAC locations.
- Monitor spending, forecast costs, and identify opportunities for optimization and savings.
- Prepare business cases and investment proposals for senior management approval.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Workplace Strategy & Employee Experience:

- Support workplace strategy initiatives that enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Lead space planning, occupancy management, and workplace transformation programs.
- Continuously improve workplace services and employee experience through innovation and best practices.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, emergency preparedness programs, evacuation procedures, and business continuity initiatives.
- Maintain strong governance processes and ensure audit readiness across all locations.

Sustainability & ESG:

- Drive regional sustainability initiatives aligned with Deutsche Börse Group ESG objectives.
- Support energy management, waste reduction, resource optimization, and environmental compliance programs.
- Monitor sustainability performance and promote environmentally responsible workplace practices.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary facility management partner for regional business leaders and corporate functions.
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding facility performance, risks, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and recommendations for decision-making.
