About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Lead RPA Developer Automation Anywhere to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Automation Anywhere and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation solutions. This role will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, architecting scalable solutions, and driving digital transformation efforts across the organization.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
- Lead the complete automation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Architect scalable and reusable automation frameworks aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and project team members.
- Conduct process assessments and process mapping exercises to identify automation potential.
- Review automation solutions to ensure adherence to architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation workflows for improved efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues and production incidents.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and solution design artifacts.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers,



and infrastructure teams for successful project delivery.
- Ensure automation solutions are compliant with governance, risk, and operational guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies, intelligent automation trends, and industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of overall experience in software development, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, deployment, and administration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
- Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with process analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessment.
- Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room and bot lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in developing scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET.
- Experience working with SQL, database management, and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting,



and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, architects, delivery teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
