Soleos Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Lead – QMS & ESG to establish, implement, manage and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) framework across its operations and projects.

The incumbent will drive quality systems, process governance, audits, sustainability performance, ESG policies, environmental and social compliance, ESG data and reporting, risk management and continuous improvement. The role requires practical, hands-on experience in both QMS and ESG, along with the ability to work independently with senior management and cross-functional teams. Experience in Solar EPC / IPP / Renewable Energy will be a robust added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

A. Quality Management System (QMS)

- Own, implement and continuously improve the organisation-wide Quality Management System.
- Develop, review and maintain Quality Manuals, SOPs, policies, process maps, procedures, checklists, work instructions and departmental quality standards.
- Establish systems for document control, process compliance, change management, traceability and record keeping.
- Drive implementation and continual improvement of ISO 9001 and other applicable management-system standards.
- Develop and monitor departmental and organisational quality KPIs, MIS and management dashboards.
- Plan and conduct internal process, site, vendor, customer and certification audits, and coordinate closure of audit findings.
- Establish and manage NCR, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) systems, with focus on eliminating recurring issues.
- Guide project teams on Project Quality Plans / QAPs, ITPs, inspection systems,



supplier quality and handover documentation, where applicable.
- Conduct periodic management reviews and report QMS performance, major non-conformities, systemic risks and improvement actions to Management.

B. ESG & Sustainability

- Develop and implement Soleos's ESG strategy, policies, governance framework and implementation roadmap.
- Establish measurable ESG objectives, KPIs and reporting mechanisms covering Environmental, Social and Governance parameters.
- Create systems for collection, validation, consolidation and reporting of ESG-related data across departments, projects and entities.
- Monitor environmental performance including energy use, greenhouse-gas emissions, water, waste, resource efficiency and environmental compliance.
- Support development and implementation of Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS) for applicable projects.
- Coordinate ESG / E&S; due-diligence requirements of investors, lenders, customers and other stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor appropriate frameworks relating to workforce practices, health & safety interface, human rights, ethics, governance, grievance mechanisms, community / stakeholder considerations and responsible supply chain.
- Coordinate ESG assessments, sustainability audits, third-party evaluations and closure of identified gaps.




- Support preparation of ESG / sustainability disclosures and reports in line with applicable customer, lender, regulatory or recognised reporting requirements.
- Monitor emerging ESG requirements and translate them into practical actions for the organisation.

C. Solar EPC / IPP Project QMS & ESG

- Support quality and ESG compliance across project development, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and operations, as applicable.
- Identify environmental, social and quality risks at project and supply-chain level and ensure appropriate mitigation and monitoring plans.
- Drive contractor, subcontractor and supplier compliance with applicable project quality and ESG requirements.
- Support project teams during lender / investor technical, ESG and E&S; due diligence, including data-room documentation and action tracking.
- Support compliance with project-specific environmental and social commitments and internationally accepted E&S; standards where applicable.

D. Audits, Compliance & Management Reporting

- Develop and manage an annual QMS and ESG audit calendar covering functions, projects, vendors and critical processes.
- Coordinate ISO certification, surveillance and recertification audits and ensure timely closure of observations and non-conformities.
- Maintain dashboards for QMS performance, ESG performance, audits, NCR / CAPA ageing, recurring issues, key risks and action closures.
- Conduct periodic management reviews and recommend corrective, preventive and improvement initiatives.
- Work with department heads to establish clear ownership, timelines and accountability for all QMS and ESG actions.
