About the RoleWe are looking for a agile, enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Intern to support our HR Consultancy in generating qualified business leads and expanding our corporate client network.

The intern will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, communicating with prospective organizations, and supporting business development activities for HR Consulting, Recruitment, Training & Development and Corporate Learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

- Identify and generate potential corporate leads through various channels.
- Research companies, industries and decision-makers who may require HR and training services.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with generated leads.

1. Business Development Support

- Contact HR Managers, HR Heads, L&D; Managers, Business Owners and other decision-makers.
- Introduce the consultancy's services professionally to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and business discussions with potential clients.
- Support the team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

1. Digital & Social Media Marketing

- Support marketing activities through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Assist in creating and sharing professional posts, campaigns and promotional content.
- Identify relevant online communities, business groups and networking opportunities for lead generation.

1. Market Research





- Conduct research on target industries, companies and competitors.
- Identify organizations with potential requirements for corporate training, HR consultancy and recruitment services.
- Track market trends and emerging business opportunities.

1. Database & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, follow-ups and conversion status.
- Update CRM/Excel databases regularly.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead generation and business development activities.

Eligibility
- Students pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, HR or related programs.
- Freshers and candidates looking for practical exposure in marketing and business development are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, sales, digital marketing or lead generation will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Marketing and Business Development
- Confidence in communicating with corporate professionals
- Lead generation and prospecting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Presentations / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
