About the Role

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused Lead Handling Executive to join our Packers & Movers team. This role is the first point of contact for prospective customers and plays a critical role in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will be confident on calls and chat, able to quickly understand customer needs, and skilled at preparing accurate, customised quotations that win business.

Candidates who actively use AI tools to enhance their speed, communication quality, and quotation accuracy — and those with prior experience in the packers and movers or relocation industry — will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Inquiry Management

- Promptly respond to all incoming leads from multiple channels — phone calls, WhatsApp, website forms, IndiaMART, Justdial, and social media.
- Understand customer relocation requirements in detail: origin, destination, volume of goods, preferred dates, budget, and special requirements.
- Maintain a structured lead tracker and ensure zero lead leakage through timely follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on seriousness, timeline,



and budget, and prioritise accordingly.
- Record all lead interactions accurately in the CRM system with proper status updates.

Customised Quotation & Proposal
- Prepare accurate, qualified, and customised moving quotations based on the customer's specific requirements (household goods, vehicle transport, office shifting, international relocation, etc.).
- Factor in distance, volume, packing material, manpower, insurance, and other services while building the quote.
- Present quotations clearly to customers — explaining inclusions, exclusions, and terms in simple language.
- Use AI tools to draft well-worded quotation emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up communications quickly and professionally.
- Revise and negotiate quotations to close bookings while protecting margin guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Commerce, or Communication preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead handling, tele-sales, or customer service role ( freshers may also be considered )
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to prepare clear, structured quotations and handle pricing conversations confidently.
- Basic computer literacy — email, WhatsApp Business, Excel / Google Sheets.
