Company Description: qaso.ai is an Agentic Security Operations platform helping organizations move from signal to decision, with proof.
Our platform brings together Secure, Assure and SOAR to help security teams understand what is exposed, validate findings, identify attack paths, investigate incidents and take governed action.
Built for sensitive enterprise environments, qaso.ai supports on-site and air-gapped deployment, with customer-controlled data, access and update windows. It is also quantum-ready, with built-in post-quantum cryptography capabilities.
We are looking for a Lead Customer Deployment & Enablement Engineer who can make complex security deployments work for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead customer-site installation, configuration, validation and training for Secure, Assure and Agentic SOAR.
- Learn directly from the US technical team and become the trusted link between product engineering and customer operations.
- Customer-site delivery / Regular collaboration with the US team
Why this role matters You will help customers understand their infrastructure, examine application evidence and make accountable response decisions. Your field experience will improve deployment methods, documentation and product usability.
Success is a customer who can use the agreed workflows confidently and knows when to ask for help.
Own the journey from readiness to handover
01 Prepare.
Confirm use cases, network zones, sizing, authorized inputs, site prerequisites, change windows and acceptance criteria.
02 Install and configure.
Deploy approved releases, collectors and analysis workers. Connect permitted systems; configure identity, certificates, secrets, storage, monitoring and backups.
03 Validate.
Demonstrate representative workflows. Check evidence quality, access controls, coverage,
failure behavior and recovery; record limitations.
04 Train and hand over.
Teach administrators, analysts and service owners. Deliver operating procedures, recovery instructions and a clear escalation path.
05 Stay accountable.
Provide transparent status updates, coordinate specialists and track issues through stabilization and agreed handover.
Learn with the US team. Lead at the customer site.
Complete structured product training and maintain agreed working-hour overlap for customer meetings, design reviews and escalations. Prepare reproducible issue reports with inputs, configuration, logs and impact. US specialists provide architecture guidance, advanced troubleshooting and product fixes. White-glove service: prepared visits, clear next steps, named issue owners and reliable follow-through.
PROFILE & DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Technical depth. Customer confidence. Sound judgment.
What you will work with – The Product Set
Secure — Approved imports and collectors for infrastructure identity, relationships, reachability and exposure.
Validate source ownership, freshness and collection coverage; distinguish observed evidence from inferred paths.
Assure — Authorized source snapshots and isolated static analysis.
Validate provenance, dependencies, cryptographic findings and remediation evidence. Keep source read-only; static findings do not establish runtime exploitability.
Agentic SOAR — Investigation, accountable handoffs and rehearsal in suitable controlled environments.
Configure supported approval and verification paths. Production action needs explicit customer authority and an approved execution path.
What you bring
Deployment experience.
Typically 5+ years delivering enterprise security or infrastructure systems, with evidence of successful customer handovers.
Hands-on engineering.
Linux; containers or VMs; storage and recovery; routing, segmentation, DNS, proxies, firewalls, TLS and certificates.
Secure integration.
Enterprise identity and access, service accounts, secrets, APIs and operational data sources. Diagnose issues across host, application and network layers.
Customer communication.
Explain technical issues clearly, train different audiences and coordinate remote specialists. Communicate confidently with US colleagues and customer stakeholders.
Useful, not mandatory:
restricted or air-gapped sites, OT environments, SIEM/SOAR, repository security, automation, cryptographic inventory or post-quantum migration. Product-specific knowledge is developed with the US team.
A shared delivery commitment
You own site coordination, agreed deployment work, evidence, training and issue follow-through. The US team owns release decisions, specialist guidance and product defects. The customer owns infrastructure readiness, approved access, change control, production authority and acceptance participation.
Acceptance requires demonstrated workflows, tested recovery, documented gaps and trained owners. Scope and timing depend on the approved release, customer prerequisites and change windows. Deployment validation does not certify complete security coverage or compliance.
