Role Description The Mixologist at Haveli is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for crafting and serving a range of beverages that complement Haveli’s Punjabi culinary experience. This role includes designing and preparing classic and signature cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and culturally inspired drinks while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities involve engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, recommending drink pairings, and delivering a high level of customer service at the bar.





The Mixologist will manage bar inventory, ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards in line with Haveli’s protocols. Additional tasks include collaborating with the culinary team on new beverage concepts, training junior bar staff, and supporting special events and banquets as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and provide personalized recommendations.
- Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, including beverage preparation, menu pairing, and bar hygiene standards.
- Experience in training or mentoring team members in bar techniques, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Foundational culinary skills that support flavor balancing, ingredient selection, and presentation of beverages.
- Previous experience as a mixologist, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant and banqueting operations.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, protected, and inclusive work environment.
- Relevant hospitality or bartending certification is an advantage.
