Key Responsibilities:-

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case laws.
- Support the team in reviewing vendor, partnership, employment, and commercial agreements.
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping of legal contracts and other important documents.
- Support the team in tracking legal and regulatory compliances.
- Help identify and flag potential legal or contractual risks.
- Assist with preparing legal notices, letters, and other correspondence when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and documents required for legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and legal information.
- Assist the legal team with any other legal or compliance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

- Pursuing an LLB / 5-year integrated law degree (BA LLB, BBA LLB, etc.).
- Strong interest in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law.
- Good legal research, drafting,



and analytical skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
