: L&D; and Upskilling Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are looking for an L&D; and Upskilling SME to design, manage and deploy workforce upskilling programs aligned with industry requirements and employment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Design and manage end-to-end upskilling programs.
- Map training programs and candidate skills to relevant job roles and career pathways.
- Coordinate with employers, training partners, content teams and other stakeholders for program deployment.
- Review curricula, learning outcomes and assessments for quality and job relevance.
- Track learner participation, completion, assessment and placement outcomes.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.
- Manage implementation timelines, stakeholder communication and program reporting.





Required qualifications and experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in L&D;, skilling, workforce development.
- Experience managing training programs from planning through deployment.
- Robust understanding of job-role mapping, employability skills and competency-based learning.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, QPs, NOS, NSQF and Skill India frameworks is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and project-management skills.
- Familiarity with LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT etc. is a Plus
