We’re hiring Key Account Sales Manager who can own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals and expanding accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

With a team of 750+ professionals, we specialize in Product and Data Engineering, delivering solutions across Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack development, and emerging GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end sales cycle: discovery → proposal → closure
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound + inbound efforts
- Drive client conversations to understand needs and position outcome-based solutions
- Create and execute account plans & deal strategies to maximize revenue
- Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with pre-sales & delivery to craft winning proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene




- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-6 years experience in B2B sales / account executive roles (IT services preferred)
- Strong skills in client communication, negotiation, and deal closure
- Ability to build pipeline and handle multiple deals simultaneously
- Good understanding of tech services (AI, Data, Engineering preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Freshworks, etc.)
- Highly proactive, and ownership mindset

- Noida (Sector 62)
- 5 days WFO (6-day week structure)
