Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager – Fresher to manage hotel accounts, support account onboarding, coordinate document verification, and ensure smooth account activation on our platform.

The candidate will also support upcoming company events by assisting with design work, research, and event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle hotel account onboarding and maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
- Complete hotel listings on the MyTravaly platform.
- Collect, verify, and upload required hotel documents to the platform.
- Check whether the uploaded documents match the required details and account information.
- If any document is incorrect or mismatched, contact the hotel and clearly explain the issue.
- Guide the hotel partner on the correct documents/details required and ask them to re-upload the documents.
- Follow up regularly on pending document re-uploads until the required documents are submitted correctly.
- Track pending accounts, document verification, re-uploads, and account activation status.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular updates on account progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and ensure timely onboarding.
- Maintain professional relationships with hotel partners and provide timely support.
- Support the team in upcoming company events and activities.
- Assist with basic design work required for events, presentations, promotional materials, or internal activities.




- Conduct research related to upcoming events, activities, market information, and assigned projects.
- Take up additional coordination and operational tasks related to key accounts and events as required.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail while checking documents and account information.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Good research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with hotel partners.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned accounts.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in hospitality, travel, operations, customer support, account management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with an interest in hospitality, technology, account management, and event coordination are preferred.
