ROLE SUMMARY

Kimirica is a luxury D2C brand offering premium products across Bath & Body, Skincare, Fragrances, Home, Wellness and Gifting. The KAM – Quick Commerce will be responsible for managing and growing Kimirica’s business across quick commerce platforms such as Zepto and Blinkit. The role will focus on driving sales, improving product visibility, managing platform relationships, ensuring availability and delivering profitable growth across assigned channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day business operations and relationships with Zepto, Blinkit and other quick commerce platforms, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Drive sales, revenue and profitability across assigned platforms by monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities and executing channel plans.
- Manage assortment, catalogue, pricing, promotions and product visibility, ensuring Kimirica products are positioned effectively across platforms.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, fill rates and replenishment,



coordinating with Supply Chain and Operations teams to minimise stock-outs and improve availability.
- Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, offers, launches and visibility initiatives in coordination with Marketing and E-commerce teams.
- Track GMV, sales, margins, ROAS, conversion, availability and other channel KPIs, prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of Quick Commerce and E-commerce business models.
- Hands-on experience managing Zepto, Blinkit or similar marketplace/quick commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of category management, assortment, pricing, promotions and platform visibility.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting.
- Solid negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth, profitability and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management or a related field.
- Prior experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle or D2C will be preferred.
- Experience managing Zepto and Blinkit is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, marketplace dashboards and performance analytics is required.
