Rekha Interiors is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Project Managers to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Coordinate with design teams and vendors to align project goals and maintain clear communication.

Manage project resources, timelines, and expectations to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure on-time completion.

Resolve issues and risks that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow.

Ensure that all projects adhere to design specifications, budgets, and client requirements.

Lead and motivate the project team to maintain high performance and deliver successful project outcomes.





Who We’re Looking For

Has 2 years of proven project management experience.

Can independently plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.

Has strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Is experienced in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Can identify project risks and proactively develop effective solutions.

Is comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Has strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Is proficient with project management tools and MS Office/Excel.

- Takes ownership, is organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
