Company Description Rish Artworks is a creative and social media agency based in Surat, helping founders and growing brands build robust visual identities and online presence. The team offers end-to-end services including branding, content production, social media management, personal branding, digital advertising, and offline marketing. With an in-house team of photographers, video editors, a graphic designer, and a social media manager, Rish Artworks manages the full process from concept to publication.

The agency works with jewellery manufacturers, D2C brands, cafés, fashion and textile labels, fragrance, wellness and fitness brands, and professionals building personal brands. Clients include Shree Hari Ornaments, Sv Gold, Tejaum, and Cafe Velours.

Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for branding, social media, and marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, working closely with photographers, video editors, and social media managers to deliver cohesive brand visuals. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and brand elements, creating social media graphics, adapting designs for print materials, and preparing files for digital and offline use.

Designer will assist in maintaining brand consistency across platforms, collaborate in content planning, and participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and shoots. The role also involves iterating on feedback, organizing design files, and staying updated on design trends relevant to clients’ industries.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Ability to design and refine logos, contributing to Logo Design and visual identity systems.
- Understanding of Branding, including brand voice, visual systems, and consistency across platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for social and marketing creatives.
- Comfort with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar).
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or a portfolio demonstrating design projects; agency or internship experience is a plus.
