Position: Junior Legal Lawyer

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full time

Education:

· LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university.

· Bar Council enrollment preferred.

Preferred:

· 1–3 years of experience in litigation, corporate, or general legal practice.

· Court-handling and drafting experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft and review legal notices, agreements, contracts, and verify others legal documents.

· Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.

· Assist in litigation, hearings, and court-related matters.

· Prepare case briefs, opinions, and legal reports.

· Coordinate with senior lawyers, clients, and external counsels.

· Maintain case files, records, and legal documentation.

· Monitor court dates, filings, and legal deadlines.

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.

· Good legal drafting and research skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication.

· Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Attention to detail and confidentiality.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and legal research databases.
