Role Description The Credit Officer role at RENGY is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad to join our growing team and manage end-to-end loan application processing and credit operations.
Position Details:
Designation: Junior Credit Officer - Tamil mandatory and Telugu mandatory (Freshers /1 year experience)
- Experience: Freshers welcome | 1+ Years in NBFC Operations preferred
- Languages Required: Fluent in Tamil and Telugu (Mandatory)
- Location: Kondapur Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end loan application processing and login workflows.
- Verify customer documentation, KYC, and application details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, credit verification, and underwriting teams for fast-track approvals.
- Manage credit operations for products such as Consumer Durable Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, or Personal Loans.
- Maintain logs and track application statuses from submission through sanction/disposal.
- Requirements & Qualifications:Language Proficiency: Must be comfortable communicating in both Tamil and Telugu.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of NBFC loan application, documentation, and credit login workflows.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience in Consumer Durable, Two-Wheeler, or Personal Loan processing is a major plus.
