Ervana is looking for a Junior Brand & Content Producer with a strong visual eye, curiosity and the ability to find stories without waiting for a brief.
This is not a conventional social media executive role.
You will work across a growing portfolio of projects spanning destination hospitality, restaurants and food, architecture and interiors, farms and landscapes, cultural experiences, product development and new ventures being built from the ground up.
Some days you may be photographing a breakfast service.
Another day, you may be documenting an architect choosing materials, following a chef through product trials, capturing a space under construction or filming a landscape changing with the season.
We are looking for someone who notices the things most people walk past — and knows how to turn them into something worth seeing.
What you will do
- Shoot high-quality photography and short-form video
- Create and edit Reels, Stories, carousels and social-first content
- Develop original content ideas, recurring formats and visual series
- Identify stories within food, hospitality, people, architecture, design, landscape and everyday operations
- Independently plan, shoot and edit content
- Manage a consistent publishing rhythm across Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Help establish and protect a distinct visual language across different projects
- Write clear, thoughtful captions and supporting copy
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future work
- Maintain an organised archive of photographs, video and creative assets
- Work closely with founders, chefs, designers, architects and operating teams
- Travel periodically to project locations for shoots, launches, events and important moments
- Document selected projects from early development through launch and beyond
The kind of person we are looking forYou may be right for this role if:
- You naturally photograph or film things even when nobody asks you to
- You have a strong understanding of composition, framing, light, sound and pacing
- You can create robust content using a phone as well as a camera
- You understand Instagram and short-form video, but your visual references extend beyond social media
- You are interested in areas such as food, hospitality, architecture, interiors, travel, cinema, photography, design, culture or landscape
- You are curious and comfortable asking questions
- You can walk into an unfamiliar environment and independently find something worth documenting
- You can distinguish between content that feels considered and content created simply to fill a calendar
- You are comfortable receiving feedback and refining your work
- You are organised enough to work across multiple projects at the same time
Your backgroundWe are open to people coming from:
- Content creation
- Photography
- Filmmaking
- Social media
- Design

A conventional degree or career path is not essential. Your portfolio and your eye matter more to us.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools is useful.
What this role is notThis role is not primarily about:
- Performance marketing
- Paid media
- SEO
- Influencer coordination
- Template-based social media design
- Simply receiving photographs and posting them
The core of this role is: Observe. Capture. Interpret. Tell the story.
Location & travelThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Periodic travel to Ervana projects and other locations will be part of the role.
Experience1–3 years preferred.
If you have less formal experience but an exceptional body of work, we would still like to hear from you.
Come document things while they’re becoming something.
