Role Description The Junior Accountant will work in office in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, supporting the finance and accounting team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining ledgers, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconciling bank and other financial statements. The role involves supporting tax and statutory compliance, helping compile financial reports, and organizing documentation for audits.

Accountant will collaborate with senior team members, respond to internal queries,



and ensure that records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
- Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel) for data entry, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills for managing records and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate within a team, and manage tasks in a full-time role.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing requirements, and take guidance from senior accounting professionals.
