Role Description The Junior Bakery Chef is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, working primarily at Manuka in CBD Belapur. This role involves assisting in daily baking operations, including preparing doughs, baking bread and cookies, and supporting production of desserts and other baked items.

Chef will help with food preparation, maintaining recipe consistency, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards.





Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene guidelines, and assisting with inventory checks and ingredient storage. The role requires close collaboration with senior kitchen staff, supporting smooth service during peak hours and contributing to a positive, professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in bakery operations, including Bakery and Baking techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Food Preparation for baked goods and related items.
- Ability to prepare and handle specific products such as Cookies and Bread.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant kitchen is an advantage; culinary or bakery certification is a plus.
