Junior Executive – Internal IT Support

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Internal IT Support to provide day-to-day IT support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Support laptop/desktop deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and management.
- Troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and software license records.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.




- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.
- Assist with antivirus, MFA, and basic IT security requirements.
- Maintain IT support records and documentation.
- Track and close support tickets within the required timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of Entra ID and Intune is preferred.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-support skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education
- Any Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
