Role Description The IT Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the full sales cycle for software and IT solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.





The IT Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with technical and project teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions and ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, reporting performance, and contributing to sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Sales skills with the ability to sell software and technology solutions effectively.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and software development services.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work toward sales targets and manage a pipeline using CRM tools.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales within IT or software services; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative work approach.
