Role Description The IT Executive – SAP S4/HANA is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP S4/HANA systems, including monitoring system performance, managing user access, and coordinating with functional teams to resolve application issues. Daily activities include troubleshooting technical problems, providing first-line technical support to internal users,



and ensuring smooth IT operations across network and server environments.

The IT Executive will assist in system upgrades, patches, and integrations, maintain documentation of IT processes, and collaborate with external vendors or consultants when required to ensure system reliability and security.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve SAP S4/HANA and general IT issues.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration and IT Operations skills to manage networks, servers, and day-to-day infrastructure activities.
- Relevant experience working with SAP S4/HANA or other SAP modules in an enterprise environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple priorities, and support business-critical systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
