Role &

- Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network hardware across on-site client locations.
- Deploy, update, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS/Linux OS and enterprise software (MS Office, antivirus, remote access tools).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures, ensuring 99%+ uptime for critical systems.
- Document configurations, asset inventories, and incident resolution steps for knowledge base and compliance.




- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
