Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, timely system updates, proper material storage, and smooth movement of materials.

The role will be responsible for material receiving, inward and outward entries, stock reconciliation, physical inventory audits, inventory reporting, and coordination with internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory/store management, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, electrical/electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry, with good working knowledge of ERP/software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities – Inventory Executive

1. Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, ensuring smooth and accurate movement of materials.
2. Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase/order documents and ensure timely system/GRN entries.
3. Maintain accurate physical and system stock records, ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.
4. Manage material issuance, transfers, returns, and outward movements with proper authorization and documentation.
5. Ensure proper storage, identification, organization, and safe handling of all materials within the store.
6. Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits, including monthly, half-yearly, and annual stock verification.
7. Reconcile physical stock with system records and promptly identify and report shortages, excesses, damages, or other discrepancies.
8.



Monitor and report slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and ageing inventory to support effective inventory planning.
9. Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other internal teams for smooth material movement, documentation, and operational requirements.
10. Prepare accurate inventory reports and maintain all relevant documentation, ensuring timely submission to management and Accounts/Finance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA/BMS – Operations/Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in inventory/store/warehouse operations.
- Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, electrical/electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries preferred.
- Robust understanding of inward/outward processes, GRN, stock reconciliation, physical verification, inventory adjustments, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/store environment and handling physical inventory.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting timelines.
