Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is responsible for leading interior projects from concept to completion and coordinating all design and execution activities. This full-time, in office role is based in Ahmedabad and involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring alignment with client requirements and Arcedior’s design standards. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing space planning and interior layouts, reviewing construction drawings, selecting and coordinating furniture and finishes, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.





The role also includes conducting site visits, monitoring installation quality, resolving in office issues, and preparing project documentation and progress reports.

Manager will collaborate closely with designers, procurement teams, and clients to deliver functional, aesthetically strong interiors on schedule.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills to create functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to review, interpret, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Candidates should possess Furniture-related skills, including selection, customization, and coordination with suppliers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with material specifications.
- Experience managing interior projects in commercial, hospitality, or residential segments, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
