Job Summary

This is a creative, hands-on role for someone who loves content and enjoys turning ideas into engaging stories. You’ll work across social media, short-form video, copywriting, campaigns, scripts, and brand communication,



while adapting your approach for different brands and audiences. The role also involves creating and occasionally appearing in content, giving you the opportunity to take ideas from concept to execution.

What You Will Do

- Write social media captions, hooks, headlines, taglines and other social-first copy.
- Write scripts and concepts for Reels, short-form videos and other digital content.
- Develop copy for ads, websites, product pages, emails, campaigns and other brand touchpoints.
- Come up with fresh content ideas and social media concepts.
- Help develop and execute social media content calendars.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, memes, internet culture and conversations.
- Adapt writing and content based on different brands, platforms and target audiences.
- Create content that is relevant, engaging and native to the platform it lives on.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels, UGC-style content, product videos and other social content.
- Participate in shoots and help bring content ideas to life.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team on campaigns and day-to-day communication.

What We are Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with a natural flair for words and the ability to adapt across formats and tones.
- Social-media savvy with a strong sense of trends, creators, memes, and digital culture.
- Creative thinker who can turn observations and ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
- Comfortable on camera and willing to experiment with different content formats.
- Proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and take initiative.

Bonus points if you have:

A personal content page, writing portfolio, experience creating Reels/UGC, or familiarity with tools like Canva and CapCut.
