About the Role

Bliv Designs is hiring an Interior Project Manager to lead site execution, vendor management, and project handovers. You will ensure design drawings match site reality, manage timelines, and deliver flawless finished spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Site & Drawing Verification: Cross-check GFC drawings against actual site dimensions before execution. Identify discrepancies and coordinate needed layout adjustments.

Vendor Coordination: Onboard and manage execution teams (carpentry, civil, MEP, painting). Align daily schedules and prevent trade overlaps.

Timeline Control: Track weekly progress, enforce completion deadlines, and resolve site bottlenecks proactively.

Quality & Handover: ensure quality installation as per design, and handle final client handovers.

Requirements

2+ of experience in interior design execution & site management.

Strong ability to read AutoCAD, interior elevation, and GFC working drawings.

Proven track record of vendor and labor management on site.

Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
